If a car was towed by the request of another individual or a car was on Private Property . . .  

RATES

• Hook - Up Charge: $88
• Mileage fees: 
  First 2 miles: No charge
  The 3rd mile+ is $4.75/mile  
•  Storage Fees:
  First 8 hours: No charge
  After the first 8 hrs: $12
  After 12 hours: $24
  First 5 days: $24/day
  After 5 days: $28/day

**If additional equipment or time is required to safely tow the vehicle, additional fees may apply**

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE?

1. Must be the current registered owner of the vehicle or have the title
2. Must pay with cash or debit card
3. Must have government issued picture I.D. (License, Passport, Gun Permit, ect.)

WHAT IF I AM NOT THE REGISTERED OWNER?

1. The registered owner must send a clear copy of a government issued I.D. along with a letter authorizing Whitey's Inc. to release their vehicle to another individual. This can be faxed to 860-727-1937 or emailed to whiteys@sbcglobal.net

If a car was towed per the orders of the Hartford Police Department . . .

RATES

• Total Charge: $108. Towing: $88.00 (State Rate) Municpal Fee: $20.00 (HPD)
• Mileage fees: No Charge
•  Storage:
  First 24 hours:  No Charge
  First 5 days: $10/day
  After 5 days: $25/day 

**If vehicle is on Police hold you must contact the Hartford Police**
